		<description>This daily gratitude ritual is as important as that of saying thanks for the foods before meal, which is practiced by some religions. I was reading a blog entry in another blog yesterday which mentioned about not taking a loved one for granted. I think this daily gratitude ritual will fit in nicely to remind us to be grateful for our loved ones, to give appreciations and to acknowledge them for the things they have done for us. It is something so simple and yet so essential.</description>
